Delivery time

We aim to get your order to you within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery charges may vary for individual products. These will be clearly stated on the product information page and in your shopping basket.

If you are concerned about the delivery of an item, please contact us only once the 7 working days delivery time has passed.

Overseas orders

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK and Channel Islands online. You can order over the telephone for overseas deliveries though. Please call 0344 245 8098.


You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, simply contact us directly and they will advise you how to return your goods and receive a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the item(s). Goods must be accompanied with original proof of purchase e.g. a copy of your order confirmation email.  Postage will be at your own cost.

We are happy to accept items back in their original, resaleable condition for a refund or exchange. Please note: CDs and DVDs must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us on 0344 245 8098 (Telephone lines are open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm Saturday; and 10am to 4pm Sunday) and if the product has not yet been dispatched they may be able to cancel the order before it is sent and arrange a refund. If the item has already been dispatched you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure you have contacted us about your cancellation before returning your item(s) to us.
